01 — The challenge
Daily ferry routes between Siargao–Surigao and Dinagat–Surigao were booked manually — no online reservations, no digital payment, and no way for staff to see manifests or run reports without paper records.
02 — The approach
Built a complete booking platform: online reservations, GCash payment integration, QR-code e-tickets, senior and PWD discount handling, live schedules and weather, and an admin dashboard for managing manifests and generating reports.
03 — The outcome
Passengers book and pay online and board with a scannable e-ticket, while staff manage schedules, manifests, and reporting from a single dashboard instead of paper logs.
